Electroz Events and Entertainments was founded in Ahmedabad and has spent 13+ years turning briefs into experiences — from intimate family functions to large corporate stages and stadium-scale sports events.
Led by founder Parin Shah, the team handles concept, design, décor, technical production, artist management and on-ground execution in-house. That means one point of contact, one accountable crew and zero surprises on show day.
“Planning with Perfection” is not a tagline for us. It is the checklist.

Guests see the last evening. Our work starts weeks earlier — recce, power, layout, design, vendor call sheets, load-in, focus, sound-check, rehearsal. This is how a show actually gets built, and where most events quietly go wrong.

Recce & lock
Venue recce, load-in routes, power audit and a signed layout. Nothing moves until the floor plan is real.

Design & vendors
3D stage design, décor sampling, artist availability and a vendor call sheet with named owners.
D-2
Load-in & build
Truss, rigging, LED, sound, décor and power distribution go up. Focus, sound-check and cue list at night.
D-Day
Show call
Crew on comms, minute-by-minute run order, hospitality for artists and one producer holding the show.
